Das Restaurant befindet sich heute in der Calle de la Soletat, doch sein Name weist auf seinen ursprünglichen Standort in der Calle Ample im Zentrum von Sant Antoni hin. Die Ästhetik des Lokals ist avantgardistisch und minimalistisch, die Innenräume sind weitläufig, durchlässig gestaltet und stilvoll. Von der Terrasse aus kann man die schönen Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Das Restaurant beteiligt sich regelmäßig an den verschiedenen gastronomischen Events der Gemeinde und bietet Speisen aus lokalen, hochwertigen Zutaten an. Die Inspiration hierfür stammt vom traditionell ibizenkischen Gemüsegarten und aus der Fusion-Küche, die verschiedene gastronomische Einflüsse vereint: Ein Beispiel hierfür ist der kurzgebratene Tintenfisch mit Garnelen, Pilzen und Cayennepfeffer.

We went for the first time because we didn't know the place, and we were pleasantly surprised. I especially want to highlight Juan Carlos's service; he was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect! We'll be back!

Delicious food with excellent value for money and a very complete menu. Every dish we tried surprised us with its flavors, presentation, and quality. The attention to detail is evident. An exceptional rooftop for watching the sunset.
Furthermore, the food was the best we had on our trip to Ibiza. Generous portions, beautiful presentation, and exquisite flavor. A very varied menu with generous servings. The leeks with pesto and the cava sangria were particularly noteworthy.
The service was very friendly and made us feel right at home.

We’ve been in the end of the season ca 31st of Oct. food is gorgeous. Octopus one of the best i’ve tried. Chicken is so juicy. It worth every euro spent. Highly recommended. I’d definitely return here.

The lady who served at the bar today was amazing — really kind and thoughtful.
She made me an excellent Long Island Iced Tea, and when I couldn’t finish it and wanted to take it away, she even refilled the coke and ice for me to go.
I was a bit tipsy at the time, so forgot to ask her name.
This definitely made my day.

They treated me great, I didn't know how to get there and with directions I found it, I ate a closed menu that they had that week. Fantastic, cannelloni and sirloin, the location, decoration and service were magnificent.

We arrived at the restaurant by chance and were surprised by its calm and relaxed atmosphere. The very friendly and attentive staff served us everything with great professionalism. We ordered the ham, the shrimp carpaccio and the coca de titaina. All delicious and spectacular and served with great class and elegance.
It is a joy to enjoy a place like this in an area like San Antonio. I will definitely return

Restaurant in San Antonio that does not fail. Excellent food, impeccable service and a value for money that is difficult to find on the island. Hello, good, the tasting menu looks like mini sandwiches, a croquette that looked like an olive, a mini bao bread, some dried chicken ravioli, lamb full of fat, and the dessert was the only thing that was good but you leave hungrier than when you came in, it's terrible. truth and the place is not so nice inside I do not recommend it

We had the Restaurat 2023 tasting menu for dinner and the truth is that we were hungry....the dishes looked like appetizers....in the room (which looked like a reception) it was quite cold. I don't recommend it at all.

Magnificent, excellent and newly renovated place to delight all the senses.
Located in an unbeatable enclave, it offers a fresh, daring and varied menu that they defend in a sublime way.
Both the attention and the dishes were 10/10.

All Incredible!! The croquettes are the best I've ever eaten!!
The leek dish is a must, we were very surprised by the mix of flavors…
The unbeatable cannelloni... we also ate the ceviche, sunomono, T-bone steak, etc... and everything was delicious.
We ended up very full and at a good price.
The service could not be more attentive apart from being friendly, and not to mention that you dine watching the sunset…
The cheesecake and the cava sangria are an obligatory dessert since they make it with natural fruit and it shows!
I recommend it 100%!

What an exceptional evening in the restaurant of the hotel where we stayed. Far from the bustle and suffocating heat of the city center, the restaurant enjoys the most beautiful view with sunset.
Regarding the food, from the cocktail to the dessert everything was exceptional. It is delicious and refined.
As for the staff, it is very caring.

I couldn't have had a better dinner! The beautiful terrace, the impressive food (we ordered ham, steamed mussels and grouper with clams and prawns). And the very nice waiters. A 10.

We were last Thursday having dinner at Ample 32 and we left very happy. From the moment they gave us the phone to reserve the time, they were super friendly. Later, this friendliness was corroborated throughout the dinner by the staff, especially by a super nice and professional boy from Córdoba, a 10 for him! Regarding the food, very good... we ordered the sautéed lobster with potatoes and fried eggs, spectacular. Very quiet and beautiful environment. We would repeat without hesitation and, of course, we recommend it. Congratulations!

A place with good views and lovely staff. I suppose that due to Covid, the terrace is not as decorated as it could be, light, decoration, etc.
The food was very good, we ordered a house salad and entrecote, everything on point and delicious. The local dessert was too sweet for my taste, but instead, courtesy of the house, the lemon sorbets were ideal. Value for money OK, recommended.

In general, good, although the day we went the child out terrace was full of diners and only 1 person to attend to everything.
We had to serve the Moet to ourselves, the Monkfish was very, very good and the Mero was quite disappointing. The Grouper at that price should have a better presentation and some clean loin/higher quality area, not 2 simple slices with bones. The truth is that it is a shame to serve it like this and for 25 euros, I attach photos.
Another very important issue, seriously this level/prices and paper placemat, paper napkin and standard cutlery? I've never seen such a thing, until now.
