Das Restaurant befindet sich heute in der Calle de la Soletat, doch sein Name weist auf seinen ursprünglichen Standort in der Calle Ample im Zentrum von Sant Antoni hin. Die Ästhetik des Lokals ist avantgardistisch und minimalistisch, die Innenräume sind weitläufig, durchlässig gestaltet und stilvoll. Von der Terrasse aus kann man die schönen Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Das Restaurant beteiligt sich regelmäßig an den verschiedenen gastronomischen Events der Gemeinde und bietet Speisen aus lokalen, hochwertigen Zutaten an. Die Inspiration hierfür stammt vom traditionell ibizenkischen Gemüsegarten und aus der Fusion-Küche, die verschiedene gastronomische Einflüsse vereint: Ein Beispiel hierfür ist der kurzgebratene Tintenfisch mit Garnelen, Pilzen und Cayennepfeffer.

I have not been able to dine better !!! The beautiful terrace, the impressive food (we ordered ham, steamed mussels and grouper with clams and prawns). And the very friendly waiters. A 10.

We were last Thursday having dinner at Ample 32 and we left very happy. From the moment they gave us the phone to reserve the time, they were super friendly. Later, this friendliness was corroborated throughout the dinner by the staff, especially by a super nice and professional boy from Córdoba, a 10 for him! Regarding the food, very good... we ordered the sautéed lobster with potatoes and fried eggs, spectacular. Very quiet and beautiful environment. We would repeat without hesitation and, of course, we recommend it. Congratulations!
Site with good views and lovely staff. I suppose that due to Covid, the terrace is not as decorated as it could be, brightness, decoration etc.The food very good, we ordered a house salad and entrecote, everything just right and delicious. The local dessert was too sweet for my taste, but in exchange for the house courtesy the lemon sorbets were ideal. Value for money OK, recommended.

In general, good, although the day we went the child out terrace was full of diners and only 1 person to attend to everything.We had to serve the Moet to ourselves, the Monkfish was very, very good and the Mero was quite disappointing. The Grouper at that price should have a better presentation and some clean loin/higher quality area, not 2 simple slices with bones. The truth is that it is a shame to serve it like this and for 25 euros, I attach photos.Another very important issue, seriously this level/prices and paper placemat, paper napkin and standard cutlery? I've never seen such a thing, until now.
