Im Jahr 1994 wurde das jahrhundertealte Haus der Großeltern der Familie Prats zu einem Restaurant umgebaut, das sich die Erhaltung der traditionellen ibizenkischen Küche zum Ziel gesetzt hat. Heute werden dort, wo früher die Landwirte ihre frischen Waren zum Verkauf anboten, einige der traditionsreichsten Gerichte serviert, die die ibizenkische Gastronomie zu bieten hat. Die Tische verteilen sich in den ehemaligen Zimmern des Hauses. Heute werden hier unter anderem Brotsalat (ensalada de crostes) mit Trockenfisch aus Formentera, der Fleisch- und Kartoffelschmortopf sofrit pagès und gefüllte Tintenfischringe mit Paprikastreichwurst (sobrasada) serviert. Das Restaurant befindet sich in der Calle Cervantes in Sant Antoni, knappe 200 Meter von der Statue Es Verro entfernt.

We have eaten very well. Some delicious grilled squid and a spectacular creamy rice with octopus. For dessert, delicious chocolate-filled figs. We would return without a doubt. And the excellent treatment.

A mandatory stop to taste Eivissenca gastronomy.A pleasant surprise is this cozy restaurant in the heart of Sant Antoni, which highlights not only an exquisite menu, but also the treatment from the waiters and the owner (or maître).The blue cheese is balanced and the seafood is on point (the octopus stands out, tender and tasty). We decided to try it because of the good reviews on the Internet, however it was not to our liking. The casserole had a very neutral sauce and the flavor of the shrimp was not good. The fried octopus was remarkable, but the potatoes tasted old. The bread was mediocre, especially because it was evident that it was not freshly made, and it should be noted that the aioli was very delicious.The waitress who served us, perhaps she was the manager or the owner, was very friendly and knew how to organize and manage the tables well.However, given the expectations and the price, I cannot give it a better rating.Thank you and greetings.

The best food in the island! Except the normal menu you must check the menu of the day! We were 4 adults and a baby! The staff was really friendly and helpful! We had one course of liver and heart, one course with mixed seafood and a course of rice with octopus for 2 people. The portions were quite good! Food was delicious! At the end they treated us with some homemade liquor and 4 pens to remember the restaurant. We paid around 30euros per person including a glass of wine for each.

During our stay we went here for dinner two times! The staff is friendly (the owner in particular) and the wines are amazing! I still dream about the mussels in cava and the crema catalena. It's authentic and amazing food when you have the chance go here!

Natural Pau offers a great variety menu with many tasty options, specially would recommend anything they prepare in their stone oven! besides food they also offer a selection of healthy fresh pressed juices.The garden ambience while surrounded by trees and greenery is very nice.Would come back!

Very tasty traditional food in a very local atmosphere with limited spaces for a relaxing meal. That is definitely the best restaurant we tried in Ibiza. Very reasonable prices and very friendly staff. We will definitely repeat.We had to come back and again the food was incredible! We chose the Arroz de Matanzas and be ready for flavours! It comes into a caldron that can serve 5 very good size plates. In the mix you have several parts of the pig, a hen (gallina), squid (sepia), big mushrooms, paella rice and a liquid sauce with a light taste of spices (canella, clovers,etc). You must order for two (€14.50 each) and that we'll do your starter, main and dessert! ENJOY!

The food here was delicious! The seafood was so fresh and the meat so tender and juicy. The restaurant itself is lovely and quiet and great for couples or small groups. The only reason why I’ve given it 4 stars and not 5 is because of the service. It was very good however that was when I believe the owner came. When we arrived the restaurant was pretty empty but they seemed to find it difficult to find us somewhere to sit. Also once the food came there was one waiter and one waitress who after 10mins of getting the food, they kept coming round to our table to check if we had finished. They did this at least 7-10 times and it was every 2 mins or so. It made us feel like we had to rush our food. Apart from this everything else was great!
