Dieses Restaurant liegt am Ende der Bucht mit demselben Namen, Cala Salada, umgeben von Pinienhainen und mit romantischem Meeresblick. Seit über 30 Jahren werden in dem Familienunternehmen Gerichte der mediterranen Küche für Touristen und Einheimische zubereitet. Im Vordergrund steht dabei immer die exzellente Qualität der Zutaten.
Das Restaurant ist auf frischen Fisch und Meeresfrüchte spezialisiert, wie die Langusten aus eigener Zucht. Die Paellas, Fischeintöpfe und das köstliche ibizenkische Gericht bullit de peix sind hier ein Muss für Genießer. Genauso empfehlenswert sind die Tagesgerichte, wie beispielsweise fangfrischer Fisch und die Empfehlungen für Fleischfans. Das Restaurant Cala Salada bietet Frühstück, Mittagessen und Abendessen mit einem der schönsten Sonnenuntergänge der Insel.
The restaurant service is correct but the paella is far from being good... we ate rice with food coloring and we paid €100 for the rice alone.
I wasn't able to test the food, supposedly the tables were reserved even though they were only 50% occupied. Well, I'll keep my money and spend it where I'm welcome., ; -)
We had fries and fried squid. The squid felt like it wasn't quite done and the breading was limp, just like the fries, which were like limp, oily fried potatoes. Service was rude. Cappuccino was first brought as coffee with milk and, upon request, prepared with foamed milk. All in all whack
As soon as we walked in we were greeted very rudely by a middle aged man when we were just trying to find a table and didn’t know that we needed to go up to the counter to book a reservation. Once eventually seated service was slow, table not set, food very poor quality for the price. The seafood in the paella was dry and didn’t look fresh. Spaghetti tasted like it was out of the tin. Spanish omelette just had frozen French fries in it. The calamari and lamb chops were ok. After eating we had to ask four different people for the bill. Asked the same rude man again and he said it was coming. This was after 10-15mins. Once the bill arrived we just went up to the counter to pay as we wanted to get out of there. Total time in the restaurant was 2hrs and was the worst customer service experience I’ve had in my life. Would not recommend eating here.
I ordered the beef fillet and it was super soft and yummy. The view from the restaurant overlook the Cala Salada so it’s really nice to sit outside. The staff is also very friendly and they have wifi - there’s no service anywhere around that area in general so it’s helpful.
We celebrate the 60ties Birthday there with 20 Persons. It was awesome. The Food the Drinks couldn't be better. The service / stuff and the owners self been so friendly and nice. They fulfilled every extra wish. We love this place. Thank you so much!
We went here today purely because we were on a boat tour and this was the only place available at the beach. Service extremely poor, waiters rude - asked for WiFi they just handed a QR code which doesn’t work and said they can’t give the passwords (no service at the beach) so accessible internet would be good. Took ages to even hand us a menu.. menu itself very poor & extremely limited. High prices for awful quality food - would definitely not recommend. Bring food with you
First paella ever and not so bad. Sangria also good but I’ve drunk better
I loved the service, the waiters were amazing and kind, they really appreciate family! The food is good, we took chicken/fries, merou (excellent), palourde(little but good!!), home made salade, aioli, bread & olives and some dessert. The view from the terrace has the beach and the magnificent see. 5/5 for the service, 4/5 for the food. The vibe is immaculate. I strongly recommend !
Tourist scam, terrible food, bad service, very dirty place, avoid going there, is better to get your own food to the cala, this place is very expensive and the food is the worst in Spain, also is not clean, and the plates looks like leftovers, very bad actitude from the staff. (They survive because is the only restaurant in the cala)
The food and service was excellent. They prepared a vegetarian paella for me and a selection of fresh local fishes for my partner, both very delicious.The prices were fair for the quality of the food and the beautiful surroundings . I would have gladly paid even more.We tried different restaurants on the island and I consider this one to be the best
