In a very cool and friendly setting, we eat excellent quality cuisine, clean and without frills. Not to be missed in this still authentic corner of Ibiza.
Great restaurant. The cuisine is traditional and succulent. The chalet-style welcome. A little gem! Recommended with your eyes closed.
Amazing local place in San Mateu! The grilled meat is delicious! Service isn’t great, you have to remind the staff that you are there, but I would go back anytime!

A very friendly welcome from the waitress. The decoration is typical of Ibiza. Possibility of eating or having a drink indoors or outdoors.

One of Ibiza's true gems. If you haven't discovered this oasis then you have missed out.There is a varied menu with true Ibicenco delights as well as more traditional fare. All excellent served from the chef and front of house staff. There are tables dotted around so you can dine Al fresco or on a shady terrace or a cool indoor spot. The displayed artworks give an interest dining topic. Tables with different table coverings each adorned with large glass vases with fresh flowers all complemented by potted plants and flowers.The cost of this experience is really modest given prices being charged in elsewhere.If you make only one trip inland to rural Ibiza make this your destination reservations are recommended to avoid disappointmentThank you to all at Ses Casetes we wish you continued success and recognitionRoger and Hazel

I honestly had one of the most amazing meals Ive ever had in Spain at this restaurant. Sonia was my server and she was very friendly and helpful with the menu. All the food is home-cooked by the chef, and each dish, although not extravagant, was so unique in its flavors. Such a fantastic experience!I highly recommend the lentils, as well as the peppers + Parmesan cheese
Very nice restaurant with the best sangria of Ibiza and tasty tapas!We ended up eating 3 times in this place… So this says a lot 🤩The staff is friendly and warm and we would definitely come back if we’re ever going to Ibiza again.
Keep calm you’re in Sant Mateu.One of those lovely places you might discover in Ibiza if you happen to stay a bit remotely on the island - like I did.Ses Casetes is a little restaurant, opposite Sant Mateu’s gorgeous church, and run by a truly lovely team who will make you feel at home as soon as you step on their beautifully decorated terrace.From the sweet Marga, the owner, to Roberto who will look after your wine enquiries, to the rest of the friendliest staff, you will be well looked after.I got to eat many of the dishes on the menu during my 2 weeks stay and never got disappointed.If you speak French, pls look for the hidden poetic mistakes on the French menu, you’ll love them! 😉In my opinion, this place is one of those perfect mix of locals and chilled visitors. and you might even enjoy some of the best chilled music vibes on the island from the legendary Paco Fernandez - usually on Fridays, who will transport you into another dimension while overlooking the sunset.
The best Huevos Rotos and Boquerones en vinagre I have ever eaten!!!! The Padrón peppers con Parmesan was delightful too. I loved the decor and nature vibes, it’s a must go whenever you’re in the surrounds of Sant Mateu 😍. Staff was lovely and they made me feel “at home”. I will defo visit this place again. ✨
The owner was welcoming and the food was good and generous. There was great live music on Friday night as well, that made the evening very enjoyable.
My favorite location.. private, sweet restaurant; very beautiful area. Perfect combination with a walk / hike (stone bridge; cave of light, Cala Albarca, etc)Food is very good (pulpo is king) wine delicious, very lovely staff.
So helpful to make us a reservation for new year's eve, the day before, spoke English. Desserts homemade, mind-blowing! Well presented. Tarte Tatin delicious.Beautifully decorated, classy restaurant but not too expensive at all.Quick service. All seating is outdoors, but half covered area - lovely sunny place. Peaceful village setting.Highly recommended
