Mitten im Zentrum von Sant Antoni, in der Calle Progreso, liegt das Hostal Marí, das für einen neue Restaurantgeneration steht, die avantgardistisches Design und traditionelle Küche ganz neu definiert und dabei auf frische hochwertige Zutaten setzt. Chefkoch Víctor Bonet und sein Team tischen hier hauptsächlich mediterrane Gerichte mit einem Hauch Fusion-Küche auf, die unter der Woche auch als günstigere Menüs angeboten werden. Besonders erwähnenswert sind der Salat mit ibizenkischem Hühnchen und Mango und das karamellisierte Kabeljaufilet mit einer Mousse aus schwarzem Knoblauch an Sauce mit gegrillter Paprika.
Me and 7 other friends came to their restaurant / cafe for an English breakfast and it wasnt to standard.It took over 40 minutes to bring it out, the drinks order was wrong and the food was mediocre.One person didn't even get their drink.The eggs were slimy, the sausages cheap tasting and one of the plates had canned mushrooms instead of freshItems where also forgotten and one of us didn't get their food for another 5 mins. It was as though they forgot about her.

Classy and welcoming restaurant away from the hustle and bustle of central San Antonio. Eaten here dozens of times and the food is always great. Freshly prepared home dishes including daily specials, generous and always delicious. Also a great breakfast selection every morning.
Amazing English breakfast. Very satisfying and delicious.Went back for another round the next day. Totally worth it.The staff is quite friendly and will suggest improvements to your order if it sounds very similar to a menu set they already have.
Stunning food, probably one of the best in Ibiza. Must try and come back for more!
We went there for dinner and arrive at 22.00, which of course is busy dinner time in Spain. So we had to wait a lot for order and almost one hour for eating, but the waiters were really nice and they also let us chance table because the air conditioning was too strong in the first spot. But I really suggest to try it because the food is amazingly well made and made at the moment, for that reason you have to ask first what they have in stock because we had to change our order because they finished some of the fish.
