Ibiza’s Lobster, Shrimp and Fish Festival

Ibiza’s Lobster, Shrimp and Fish Festival is a culinary day held in May at the port of Sant Antoni. As its name suggests, lobster and shellfish or low-depth fish take centre stage, caught using traditional fishing techniques such as trammel nets or longlining. Visitors can enjoy a wide range of dishes, with highlights including lobster and seafood rice and tapas. The day also features workshops, concerts and excursions in boats to the Cap Blanc Aquarium.
