The show party brought to life by Petit and Vázquez, two DJs paying homage to Spanish and international music from the 80s and 90s.
“La Movida” is the name known at street level for the musical apotheosis in Spain in the 80s, mainly centralised in Madrid. The explosion of creative liberty gave rise to a movement that strongly influenced the country’s musical future In Ibiza, the same name is given to the show party brought to life by Petit and Vázquez, two DJs paying homage to Spanish and international music from the 80s and 90s. This takes place during the Sant Bartomeu festival programme in August, set in a stage erected on the beach of s’Arenal for 100s of people who dance like there’s no tomorrow to classics from groups and singers from these marvellous decades. As well as the music and DJ sets, other local groups perform live.
