Nordic Walking

The Sports Department of the Sant Antoni de Portmany Town Council is launching the 2023-2024 season of Nordic walking excursions on 16 September, which will take place in different parts of the municipality.

A total of eight walks are scheduled between September and April. There will be one each month: Sant Mateu (16 September), Sant Rafel (22 October), Buscastell-Forada (19 November), Can Bonet (10 December), Sant Antoni-Sa Talaia (14 January), Santa Agnès (11 February) and Can Tomàs (10 March), as well as a last walk for season-ending in April.

On Saturday 16th September at 5 pm the first excursion will take place in Sant Mateu d’Aubarca and is included in the town’s patron saint festivities.

The Sant Antoni Town Council will provide Nordic walking poles for those interested, which will be handed out before the outing. The Nordic Walking routes are open to everyone and, in addition to getting fit, allow you to enjoy the inland landscapes of the municipality of Sant Antoni.
