Set in the hills of Benimuss, 528 Ibiza offers a new multisensory gourmet experience. The brainchild of Bartolo Escandell and Andy McKay, this concept of dinner and show in the open air is a mix of haute cuisine, music, art and performance.
The idea behind 528 Ibiza is to provide an immersive ground-breaking experience, taking the audience on a trip through Ibizan history in a multisensory experience that combines music, theatre performance, and gastronomy. A creative project that pays homage to the island’s history and the core principles of Ibizan cuisine, yet with ultra-modern presentation and preparations.
Truly amazing show and dinner!The food was outstanding and the show was highly entertaining from start to finish.Smooth service and I can highly recommend the frozen margarita for a post dinner drink on the terrace.Looking forward to a return visit in August when I’m back on the island..
We started having drinks in the newly opened 528 garden then moved upstairs to see the show. It was all very slick, professional and full of talent.I was mesmerised by some of the dancers and by the end of the evening I was singing along and people were up dancing. They do an incredible job of filling the big space with tonnes of atmosphere.Plus watching the waiting staff was like theatre in itself. They're very attentive and work like a well oiled machine. We noticed that was the same outside in the garden too. Lots of well trained staff. A big achievement when there's a such a shortage of workers.A very entertaining evening.
A truly magical experience. First thing that you notice is the view as you look down from the pine woods overlooking the bay of Portmany. There’s a garden area including an arena with live music, cocktails, excellent service and gourmet tapas.The next terrace up has a stylish new experience showcasing local Ibiza arts and culture.Then there’s the dinner and dance room. Go and surprise yourself…This really is a feast for all the senses and a treat you shouldn’t miss. I had a great time at 528 recently, so much so we went back twice in one week! The show was very impressive, in more ways than I imagined, and the food is fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to book again and I look forward to visiting on my next trip. 10/10.
What an amazing evening! From the appetiser nibbles as soon as you arrive to the sumptuous dining experience and the mesmerising entertainment, theatrics and acrobatics, it was a delight. Move over Cirque du Soleil...
From the moment of entrance, right until the end, this was one of the most memorable shows/food experiences. Musical production & performance was of the highest level. Dance & theatrics were also amazing..Food was up there with some of the best restaurants I’ve been to. All staff/actors were extremely funny and easy to talk to. Definitely recommend!
What a beautiful show! It brought me so much joy. The team involves everybody in such good and warm energy! Nice concept, so far I would recommend for who appreciates good food and still wants to enjoy the spirit of Ibiza.
