Can Cosmi opened back in 1951 as a grocer’s and bar in the village of Santa Agnés de Corona, and it still retains the essential charm of those early days.
When tourism came to the island, its owners, Maria Costa and Pep Boned, began to serve tourists and locals with their famous tortillas for which they are still renowned today.
At almond blossom time (end of January) it is really worth taking a walk around Pla de Corona and rounding off the morning with a meal on their modest terrace with views of the village church.
Good treatment from the staff, excessive price for a vegetable omelette skewer with salad, €15 per person. Afterwards we had a shot of herero de Ibiza that was more similar to Anís del Mono and they charged us €4 for each one. We already know that we are in Ibiza, but there has to be value for money. To improve for next season.
The tortilla with the salad, fantastic. The typical dessert, greixonera, fabulous.
Very fast, welcoming, they treated us very kindly and the food was very good, 100% recommended.

Favorite local restaurant in Ibiza for me. Quit place, 'normal' pricing and quality food. It feels like the quit tourists visit this place instead of the party people 🙂

Nice place for a lunch break in this small village. Cash only. Fast service. You can sit on the terrace outside and enjoy the church and the only olive tree in front of it.

A very authentic little restaurant in a tiny village: you sit on a veranda looking out over a cloister: 5 stars because within it’s genre of simple restaurants, no frills it’s the good fresh food (meat only) and for no inflated price unlike lots of other places. One of the few places with a local feel.
Great location!!! Wasnt expecting to find somewhere so nice in what seems to be the middle of nowhere.Service was superb even with most tables being sat at!Food was lovely and fresh, brilliant selection of wine.Dessert was the real crowd pleaser, a selection of 4 homemade desserts that everyone shared and everyone adored!Great coffee to finish off!Not great on the vegan options, but enough to get by!Would recomend to everyone even if its just for a coffee/glass of wine.
Great service, great food! I highly recommend the roast chicken and patatas, delicious! My only recommendation is to offer more variety of hot teas, for some reason I can't stand green tea, and that's all they have 🙁

Can Cosmi is one of my favorire place in Ibiza. A simple cafeteria, local products on the card, sunny terrace and good prices. Very quiet and peaceful area.
