Cantina Canalla serves mixed Nikkei cuisine, combining Creole and Japanese ingredients to offer the best of both traditions. The Head Chef is Roberto Sihuay, who is responsible for the explosion of flavours of this culinary mix between Peru and Japan. Its main attractions are its small dishes, its cold bar with ceviches and tiraditos raw fish dish) and hot dishes such as wok-fried sirloin or anticucho octopus with aubergines, not to mention its “piqueos” -cold or hot- and desserts such as the famous Japanese mochi.
Cantina Canalla is located in the central Passeig de Ses Fonts, opposite the taxi rank.
