Close to the views of the famous sunsets of Ses Variades, Es Gerret is located in Calle Vara de Rey in Sant Antoni. It is a modern-style restaurant with minimalist décor and pleasant, homely lighting. Its chef prepares innovative and creative dishes based on fusion cuisine. His creations range from suckling pig with quince and sobrassada, to the cazuelita de fideuá (noodle casserole), tiraditos (raw fish dish), cod tripe and marinated tuna, among others. The gerret (picarel), the humble and tasty local fish can also be found on the menu.

I love it ! The people were supeeeeer nice ! The food was level up ! And the prices ? Owoo for Ibiza I was not expecting ! You can see in advance the menu, so it was great to have a first view. And there you will find a QR code with photos of the food - super nice! I love the croquetas!! Please take it ! (I took other, but the croquetas has my heart!) and the patatas, super good!

We were at this restaurant in the center of Sant'Antonio tonight. The place is very beautiful, with a welcoming and intimate atmosphere. The menu is varied, both fish and meat. Unfortunately, there are few options for vegetarians (like me), but there is the option to modify dishes on the menu. I was offered a paella-style risotto with vegetables and no fish, and I must say it was exquisite!! My boyfriend opted for the fish-based dishes, which were delicious and presented with care and elegance. The best part? The carob dessert, very well-balanced... delicious... a star-worthy dessert!! We asked for the bill and looking at the receipt I realized that they had included rice with fish, costing 27 euros. Eating out very often and being a vegetarian, I know very well that dishes that contain only vegetables and not meat or fish have a different price. I mentioned this to the waiter, who by the way wasn't the same one who had served us throughout dinner, and he told me that the risotto with vegetables was actually more expensive. We weren't expecting to pay less, but we weren't expecting to be ripped off either. Despite this, I recommend anyone passing through Sant'Antonio and wanting to eat good fish in a very nice restaurant to stop by. Xxx

A truly wonderful experience! The ambiance is fantastic and creates a really special atmosphere. The food tasted excellent. I also find the price-performance ratio to be absolutely fair: at around 40–50 euros per person for a starter, main course, and drinks, it is a great price for a restaurant with this luxurious feel. A huge compliment goes to the staff as well; the servers were all very kind and welcoming. I will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic date night. The staff were lovely and friendly. We appreciated the ambiance and the food. The food was truly exceptional and delicious. Must try Garnelen Cappaccio and all of Tapas. Highly recommend it, and will definitely return.

An American tourist, I was up for it. I had the prawns over rice. The atmosphere and experience beat out the food, but I finished my whole plate and enjoyed every second I was there. The server made us a pitcher something, juice with fruits and champagne. The time and work, the preparation and concentration, he was awesome and the drink was tasty. I would go back, I’d try something different. My daughter had the steak tartar. It was just different for Americans. I’m not being critical, because my rating is top notch and again, I would go back in a heart beat.

Edited: I gave it 5 stars the first time I went and I used to go back quite a bit every year because the food was so good. This summer was the last time… For dinner, ordering the same dishes, before you used to go for €35, and now for €60, but the quality is the same… If we go for that price range, there are very good places on the island !

One of the best restaurants in Ibiza, I return every year.
It is not a place to eat until you explode, the portions are not large, etc. but they are very rich dishes and different from normal.
Atmosphere and service also always very good.

Next to a little road with cars, so no beach view.

Restaurant with delicious food in Ibiza. Good value for money. Good atmosphere, friendly service, who can also advise you in case of any allergies or food restrictions. We loved the rice with shrimp as well as the ceviche, spectacular!

Nice decoration... But if you want to eat, this is not the place: the dishes are small, few to share, a lot of fried food and at exorbitant prices. Some things are good, but for the prices, it's not worth it. A letter for people with money. You leave hungrier than when you entered.

Had the prawn carpaccio cooked in prawn head emulsion and kimchi oil. It was the closest thing to angels singing Handel's Messiah in your mouth. To die for. Great food and ambience. What more can you ask for?

Interesting dishes and very nice vibe. You might to need to book beforehand, i was able to get a table for one without reservations (around 9 pm on a weekday). I had the tempura aubergines, really good but a bit greasy, and the prawn carpaccio which was really delicious and for desert I ordered the super yummy chocolate coulant with hazelnut ice cream.

Lovely place, everything is super fresh and delicious. Sangria was also really tasty. Staff friendly and attentive, would advise booking as seems word is getting around that it’s a delicious spot! We went around 8pm and were lucky to get a table, everyone after was turned away so book if you can so as not to be disappointed.
