Es Gerret
C/ Vara de Rey, 23 – Sant Antoni de Portmany
Close to the views of the famous sunsets of Ses Variades, Es Gerret is located in Calle Vara de Rey in Sant Antoni. It is a modern-style restaurant with minimalist décor and pleasant, homely lighting. Its chef prepares innovative and creative dishes based on fusion cuisine. His creations range from suckling pig with quince and sobrassada, to the cazuelita de fideuá (noodle casserole), tiraditos (raw fish dish), cod tripe and marinated tuna, among others. The gerret (picarel), the humble and tasty local fish can also be found on the menu.

The very cozy place. The waiter was very nice and the food was spectacular, very rich and special. Highly recommended
Everything in this restaurant is amazing. The food is Michelin-level great, the interior and exterior are excellent, service is quick, nice and polite and atmosphere is amazing. Recommend to anyone who wants to try different food options and enjoy every bite.
One of the best meal in a while! Highly recommend the bread with aioli…the best aioli ever!!!!! Croquetas de jamon, pulpo, and tartare de Atun….amazing!!! Lovely atmosphere and super friendly service! The chef gave me his secret aioli recipe 🤫
We’ve been here twice, the food was absolutely amazing and the service as well! All the staff on the floor was super nice, we had an amazing experience!Thank you!
Had the prawn carpaccio cooked in prawn head emulsion and kimchi oil. It was the closest thing to angels singing Handel's Messiah in your mouth. To die for. Great food and ambience. What more can you ask for?
Very good food at reasonable prices and a super attentive and friendly service! 10/10 would recommend! We even came here twice during our 3 day trip 🙂
Interesting dishes and very nice vibe. You might to need to book beforehand, i was able to get a table for one without reservations (around 9 pm on a weekday). I had the tempura aubergines, really good but a bit greasy, and the prawn carpaccio which was really delicious and for desert I ordered the super yummy chocolate coulant with hazelnut ice cream.
What a fabulous meal. Not only a meal, but a true transcendental experience. From great service to every single dish nearing the heavenly, this restaurant is truly a place not to miss in Ibiza. I will return, for sure.
Went there yesterday evening for dinner with my girlfriend just before departing.it is a shame that we didn't go before.this is a place that everyone should recommend when you're staying in Ibiza.outstanding service by the Italian waitress, don't know her name.very friendly staff in general, food is absolutely amazing, portion size right and price fair.this must be the place.absolutely the best place we have eaten in throughout our stay.we will 100% be Back.do not change a thing of what you're doing, because you're doing it right.
Even better than the reviews suggest. Excellent food, considerably large portions, friendly service, inexpensive for Ibiza standards (main dishes from 15€)Don’t miss this. We managed to get a table even without reservation (albeit inside).
Lovely place, everything is super fresh and delicious. Sangria was also really tasty. Staff friendly and attentive, would advise booking as seems word is getting around that it’s a delicious spot! We went around 8pm and were lucky to get a table, everyone after was turned away so book if you can so as not to be disappointed.
