Located in the main street of Sant Rafel, Es Tancó is a spacious Italian restaurant located in a house remodelled in the Ibizan style. Its kitchen has an open-plan layout where you can see the large wood-fired oven in which the more than 36 pizza varieties on the menu are baked. It also makes homemade pasta and other dishes such as squid, veal carpaccio, escalopes and pluma ibérica (Iberian pork). It also offers a children’s menu.

A lovely and spacious pizzeria. Different dining rooms and terraces, all very welcoming.
Good and fast service.
Both pizzas were delicious, the Diavolo and the Quattro Estaciones.
We'll definitely be back when we're in San Rafael again.

We live on the island and we come to the restaurant all year around. We keep coming back because dirt off all we met Valentina. She is friendly, funny and very professional. This already gives us a reason to come back. She became some we want to see when we go to a restaurant! Other than that, you have a lovely staff and the food is delicious, over and over again! Not been disappointed once! My love goes out to Valentina and your lovely food and vibe ! Keep rocking ♥️

I would consider myself someone who is very much travelled and also someone who frequents restaurants of all kinds and I can honestly say that this restaurant is one of a kind, the staff are incredible. The quality of the food is amazing the service unquestionable and genuinely the best burger in Ibiza and obviously the best pizza hence the reputation I would like to just lean back on how incredible the staff are here super welcoming, knowledgeable, polite and genuinely good people I just moved to Sam Rafael and I have been coming here every day this week because one thing I really appreciate is consistency that’s a guarantee here. Not to mention one of the very few places where food is still affordable for the general masses. 11/10 ❤️

Fabulous place in the middle of the Island that speciallices on Italian food (Pizza & Pastas) at very fair prices. Food is plentiful, a nice wine selection with bottles from 15€ up which is very good for Ibiza. Other options like salads are avaialable, good free parking and service was very efficient on a slow day. 5his is my second time on it and I recommend it 100% for a nice casual meal or dinner. Ambiance is better at night, music was nice and volume perfect to have nice conversation. If you want something casual and a nice place this is your place. Will be back.

You will not be disappointed with this casual dinning spot. They have a really nice menu with lots of variety and options plus a huge selection of pizza.
They also serve a bit later so if you need a late night bite give them a try.

This restaurant, so to speak, is simply a scam. I had a bad experience on the Just Eat platform, I placed an order and 2 hours later it had not arrived. I called and they told me that they had gone and had not found the address, that they had called me and I had not answered. I told them that there was an error on the phone and they told me to complain to Just Eat because they could have delivered the order without delivering it. Logically, Just Eat did not want to know anything, I contacted the restaurant and finally after not receiving anything conclusive I started searching for the owner and he was kind enough to offer me to place an order again for the amount of the previous order.
Today I ordered again by phone, I placed the order and then specified what the owner told me. At first they didn't want to accept the order, in fact I heard from a girl who is the manager who already treated me terribly the other time (saying that they didn't have to pay attention to the fact that she brought the order a second time). If she brought the order a second time the same food and they didn't even bother to heat it up. Well, we finally managed to reach an agreement thanks to the message the owner sent me on WhatsApp and they brought me the shipment. It was really fast, but my surprise was when I opened the order.
Uncut pizzas and quite black, the Nutella pizza was quite raw, the dough was quite raw, the tiramisu did not taste like anything and I ordered a bread with aioli that I have ordered other times, it is not the first time and I found the bread lying on top of the bag and the aioli in a small glass with aluminum foil. I find it amazing not being able to put that bread in a simple piece of aluminum foil. You have to have hygiene in the food that your clients are going to eat and on previous occasions I have asked for that and they have not sent it to me like that, I don't know if it is because of the discontent of having to bring me that food or what, but honestly fatal. I also wrote them a WhatsApp and they also told me that they are sorry that it is not to my liking and that they have taken care of this order without interruption. Not if you like, I was going to be left with a cold order 2 hours later and having to pay €40. Of course this is how you lose clients from lifelong people from Ibiza. I do not recommend anyone to order there or go.

The truth is that today is terrible...we ordered 3 pizzas at 7:00 p.m. They tell us that they don't deliver until 8:00 p.m., ok after 10 minutes we ask them to add another pizza. Well apparently they made them and left them until 8:00 p.m. when the delivery man arrived since they arrived frozen and to make matters worse they charge us for the shipping of three and separately for the shipping of the other...amazing

Gusta is the non-stop pizza day on Thursdays that almost all of us go to and if you leave a slice, a slice!!! They no longer give you the Nutella pizza that is on the menu, I think they should be more flexible, you are not leaving a pizza, you are leaving a slice!

Food 10/10, yes or yes I recommend trying the pasta that is made fresh with cheese!!

A very cool restaurant that you should definitely visit when you're in Sant Rafael! Particularly hot recommendation: Burratella fritta con es de parma y pesto de pistachos 🤤 a brilliantly creative creation! The prices are reasonable and fair!

Authentic Italian restaurant in the middle of Ibiza. It looks a bit mundane, but don't let that stop you. There are many types of pizzas on offer that are also exceptionally large and very tasty. The Vitello tonato was also very tasty. Friendly service.

We call by phone. They tell us that in 20 minutes the 4 pizzas will be made.
When we arrived we paid and waited for about half an hour. It is not normal.
Several girls who were serving, bringing food to the tables, with their “hair down.” The truth is that it is not very hygienic, let alone keeping it well collected.

Very good Italian in Sant Rafael, a different option both in the town and in the area if you want to get out of the stress in Ibiza and don't want to go too far.
The portions are abundant, the service fast and the treatment excellent, very pleasant throughout the dinner. The whole family went for dinner (12 people, 2 little ones), we ordered pasta, pizza, calzone and some starter. I must say that the pizzas were the best option, the dough is very delicious, it is not excessively thin but we like them that way, also crispy and a very extensive menu.
The terrace is very nice and so is the interior, they put a very nice long table in the upstairs area.
It had been a while since we had paid +-€20 per head for a family meal, we left happy and we will return.

We went to dinner recommended and perfect recommendation!!!! We had a great dinner!!!! There were only 2 of us and we ordered the cold cuts and cheese board and a pizza and we were fed up with eating 😁😁 we couldn't even order dessert. It is a place to save for when you visit the island.

Very satisfied! Everything here is purely good, from the service to the food.
The pizza is light and tasty, the atmosphere is informal and simply cozy, every dish i've tried was super and the guys know their job. Compliments:)
