The Parisian restaurant Monkey Pigalle has arrived in Ibiza, and with it a Bohemian concept based on Mediterranean cuisine made with 0km produce, and the sunsets in Ses Variades – Sant Antoni.
Monkey Pigalle began as a restaurant in Rue Jean-Baptiste Pigalle in Paris, and was run by its three founding partners, Antony Faotto, Ben Janaud and David Janaud, who wanted to set up a different kind of business, attractive and wild, and with a décor to match. They aimed to surprise their clients with 100% Parisian wines, signature cocktails and dishes to be enjoyed with friends.
The success of their Monkey restaurant in Paris led them to open a place in Ibiza with the same premise, aiming to become a benchmark on the island with a cuisine and dishes designed to be shared by friends.
