Puertas del Cielo (Gates of Heaven)
Camí des Pla de Corona, Km 1.5 – Santa Agnès de Corona
This restaurant is found in Corona, in the beautiful setting of Sa Penya Esbarrada, commonly known as Las Puertas del Cielo (The Gates of Heaven), from which it takes its name. This spot is one of the most spectacular viewpoints on the coast of Sant Antoni, with impressive views of the Mediterranean Sea and the islets of Ses Margalides.
For more than 15 years, this viewpoint has been home to the small restaurant owned by the Can Jordi family, where the menu features Ibizan and Mediterranean cuisine. Its specialities are rice, baked fish, roast meat and Ibizan dishes such as frita de pulpo (fried octopus).

The food was just awful and expensive on top.
The grilled calamari was raw and had signs of age with the inside being slimy and mushy. Service was poor as well. After telling them that the calamari was in the described state, the cook came back telling us that the calamari is “fresh”but just not fully cooked, without offering any compensation.

A small bistro with a magnificent view of the sea. Right on the cliffs. We had a real good cortado, but didn’t eat anything. A lovely spot to sit and gaze out over the sea.

Amazing spot off the beaten path. Great food, friendly staff, and unbeatable view. Short easy trail near the coast at the restaurant has amazing views of the sea and cliffs. Highly recommend if you have a car to make the drive there

Bad service, poor quality of food, very very very slow and very uncomfortable with the blackboards. The only good thing is the location. Arrogance in hospitality does not usually work well

I can't comment on the food because after waiting an hour and a quarter for a table to become free (okay, we decided to wait and that was no problem), we were seated and we literally must have become invisible. It must be that they are not interested in serving a table of two, but they should say so from the beginning and not waste our time, especially when there is nothing within a 20-minute radius. Thank you for making us waste 2 hours on our vacation.
EDIT TO RESPONSE: NO, I have not chosen the wrong restaurant. You were open today with almost all the tables full and I already answer what you have answered to my partner. Obviously without a reservation I have to wait, that is not my complaint because we have waited without complaining. My complaint is that after waiting for about 1 hour and for us to sit down, we spent more than 30 minutes waiting for you to take our order (you didn't even take our drink) and seeing how tables that arrived LATER were served without a problem just because there were more diners. Let's see if you now understand the complaint and stop throwing things out.

Waste of time alone. We went without a reservation and they told us that we would have to wait for a table to finish, we waited 45 minutes until they seated us despite having free tables that they only used an hour later and once seated after another 20 minutes waiting for them to take our order and after seeing that they attended to other tables that had been seated later we decided to leave.

Unfortunately we weren't so lucky with the food. The olives we ordered were still raw and bitter, the fish had innards and unfortunately wasn't cooked through in places. The plate as a whole was soaked in oil, making the fries almost inedible. For the price we were hoping for better preparation. It was noticeable that a lot of frozen goods are used (e.g. croquetas con pollo), which you wouldn't expect given the price.
But not to mention only negative things, the view is amazing and the service was nice too.

Simple little inn with a beautiful location on a cliff.
The paella here is excellent. However, it is also very crowded here on weekdays. Table reservations and advance orders are recommended!

I didn't eat anything here, because I had agreed to go hiking here. But I do know: the menu is small, but the food seems to be tasty. And I saw the plates passing by and they were well filled. The fish in particular seems to be very good here. Amazing view!

Drive into Santa Agnés to the T junction and turn left at the sign for Cafeteria Can Jordi.
Follow the road for 1.5 km until you come across a wooden restaurant set in a pine forest with fantastic clifftops views and sunsets.
Particularly good basic Ibicencan fish dishes
Paella
Fideuà (a pasta paella)
Open until 10.30 pm from 1st July until the end of September.
Rest of the year lunch only (kitchen closes at 5 pm).

But maybe better not and keep it pure, simple, and away from the posh on their mission to forever ruin the beauty of the island.
Food was equally brilliant as it was simple … calçots y chulettas … if we would have discovered sooner we would already have been back!

We went here for the viewpoint, which was absolutely stunning and well worth the journey. The restaurant sits right by the cliff edge and has beautiful views, however the food was a little bit expensive and not quite up to the high standard we experienced in some other Tapas restaurants around the island. Definitely worth visiting for a drink in a beautiful location!

They literally don’t want your custom. Every single aspect of my experience was tailored to making me want to leave at every step of the way. Views great and there’s a nice cat. Take a picture, stroke the cat and go to the next town to eat.

Excellent small restaurant. Quite and relaxing. Amazing view and very good food (we are here for the food mostly).
The service could have been better but overall you won't be disappointed.
