This pasta laboratory, as it calls itself, opened its doors in Sant Antoni to offer us the authentic and ancient Italian tradition of pasta. Quality raw materials for the preparation of their sauces: pesto, amatriciana, carbonara, Bolognese, four cheeses… They use only top quality, stone-ground flour treated with methods that do not overheat the grain and preserve all the qualities of the flour. They also have special flours such as Spelt, Saracen or Khorasan.
You can choose to enjoy your pasta dish in their cosy locale, you can pick it up ready-made to take away or you can buy it raw and cook it at home.
Recommendation: you can’t miss their traditional homemade desserts, the tiramisu is absolutely exquisite.
